Does the VCCINT_SNS_P/VCCINT_SNS_N pins of the processor sink or source current? 

And just out of curiosity, what is the reason that VCCINT_SNS_P and SNS_N of the processor need to detect the reference voltage rather than VOUT of TPS543C20

Hi Britton,

VCCINT_SNS_P/VCCINT_SNS_N pins do not carry any current, refer the below image from the datasheet of the processor.

Since we have the dedicated sense pin from the processor which will provide the exact voltage drop at destination we can use those pins so that regulator can adjust the output voltage based on that. Please let us know if our connection is fine in the above schematics.

Can you confirm the connection of sense signal from processor when we are using feedback resistor. Should we make R35 in the above circuit DNP or can we keep both the connections?

So while using feedback resistor and sensing from Processor, I will have to keep both the connection if I'm right. Both from different sense point and VOUT too.

To be more clear, Please confirm if I should be connecting Power sense signal from processor to position 1 or position 2 in the below image when feedback resistors are also used.

Processor Power_sense pin just gives the exact value of voltage at the processor pin. All the drop caused from regulator to processor can be compensated by connecting this Power_sense pin to RSP pin of the regulator.
