Hi,

I tried to submit a ZIP file using the TI GPC-CHEM tool to determine the ChemID for our application. However, the response email did not provide any ChemID or feedback.

I followed the procedure described in application note SLVA725A, and I do not understand what might be wrong.
Please find attached the experimental data file (roomtemp_rel_dis_rel.csv) and the config.txt file.

Note: The file roomtemp_rel_dis_rel.csv was generated from logs recorded using bqStudio.

Hello,

The file GPC_report.txt contains only zero values.

The MiscInfo.txt file contains: ProcessingType=2.

Hi,

There appears to be no charge portion in the data provided.

Please follow the steps in this documentation and resubmit the data to the GPCHEM tool.

As stated in the procedure, page two, under the chapter Data Log File, it appears that: ‘The initial charging portion is not required.

Hello,

unless I’m mistaken, the logs indicate 5 hours of relaxation, followed by a deep discharge, and then another 5 hours of relaxation. In the log for sample 4 at 3:32 PM, the relaxation period begins — the current is zero and the voltage starts to decrease. This continues until sample 4505 at 8:33 PM, totaling 5 hours. At that point, the current drops to -700 mA, marking the start of the discharge phase.

Allow me to clarify — since the procedure is long, I want to avoid making any mistakes in the upcoming logs, where I will include the charging phase as recommended.

My mistake I did not graph the entire discharge.

Is it possible to capture the data using a single cell?

Hi,

I have completed the procedure for a single cell. However, after importing it into GPC, the return email still includes a GPC_report.txt file with the value 0.
Please find attached the logs and the configuration file.

Hello Hocine,

Based on the expert feedback he mentioned somethings about your testing below

" this is an LFP and he only rested ~1hr after discharge and he needs to rest 24hrs. 2 his voltage and current are in mV and mA and need to be in A and V. 4. his termv is too high. He is using 2.7V i think but It should be at least 2.5V Most LFP go to 2.5V or 2V in our database. 4. HIs temp also looks like it is air temp and measured at the cell body. These may not be the issue, but these could cause a bad match"
