TPS62869: schematic review

Part Number: TPS62869

Tool/software:

Hi Sir,

1.please help to the schematic review.

2.For the I2C, i am not sure if i can pull up the I2C to 1.8V, please help to do the check.(note :I will connect the I2C to the DSP directly and the DSP need the 1.8V pull up)

  • Hello Jericho,

thanks for reaching out in E2E.
The TPS628692ARQY, shown in the schematic, has an output voltage range from 0.8 V to 3.35 V. You would need to use the TPS628691ARQY (0.4 V to 1.675 V) to meet the desired output voltage of 0.6 ~ 0.72 V.
The startup voltage with a 44.2 kΩ resistor at the VSET pin of a TPS628691ARQY would be 0.75 V, which is 30mV higher than the desired maximum output voltage of 0.72 V. The rest of the schematic is OK.
It is OK to pull the I2C up to 1.8 V.

    Best regards,

    Andreas.
