Thank you for your patience here. Yes, the TL783CKTTRG3 is still in production. This device is considered vintage so I would recommend switching to an alternative like TPS7A4301DGQR or buck converter in order to help handle the power dissipation.

the link provided is for the TO-220 device. I was inquiring about the D2PAK-3 (TO-263-3).

That part number is TL783CKTTR. I cannot find a purchase link directly from TI.
