Hi,

Is there any Electrical Characteristics difference between LM70880 and LM70880-Q1?

Best regards,

Randy

  • Hi Randy,

No electrical difference between a standard non-Q1 and -Q1 device. The difference is the testing of the devices where the Q1 device undergoes additional testing to meet and qualify for the AEC-Q100 standard required by Automotive. The AEC-Q100 standard uses specific temperature ranges, and for temperature grade 1 devices like the ISO7041-Q1 the standard requires -40C to 125C, hence the smaller temperature range.
