The fuction of the design: is to negotiate 20V with Type C adapter, 5A function for local battery charging and system operation

Charger IC：BQ24610

The fuction of the design: is for Step-by-step charging for 4 series and 1 parallel polymer lithium batteries. The battery is fully charged at 18V. The relevant battery information and charging settings are noted in the circuit diagram
