REF70: Pspice noise models for REF7050, REF7040, and perhaps others appear incorrect.

Part Number: REF70

Tool/software:

The Pspice noise models for the REF7025, REF7040, and REF7050 all appear to produce the same noise, which seems to agree with the data-sheet value for the REF7025.

The Pspice noise models for the REF7040 and REF7050 therefore appear to be wrong. I did not look at the REF7033 or any of the TINA models, and so cannot comment whether they may share the same problem.

The Psplice lib models for all voltages appear to be derived from the 2.5V part, with scaling. There appears to be something wrong with the noise models for the 4.096 and 5V parts.

Could you please comment?

Thank you
