I am currently looking for an IC for energy harvesting powered applications such as the BQ25570.
I have already searched on the TI website, but I could not find anything that meets the required specifications.
I have already purchased an evaluation board for the BQ25570, but it only has a boost function, so it does not match.
I am looking for a product that is a buck-boost type of BQ25570.
The search criteria are as follows. If you find a match, please let me know.
Input section
-Solar cell input MAX 4.8V or more
-MPPT control compatible
-Can be operated even at low voltages (e.g. below 1V) (except for cold start)
Output section (charging function)
-Over discharge protection: Can be set to around 2V
-Over charge protection: Can be set to 2.7V
-Output current: 60mA or more
The input from the solar cell is up to 4.7V, and the output (charging) to the secondary battery is about 2.0 to 2.7V,
so both boost and buck condition can occur.
Therefore, buck-boost DC-DC charging required.
