    thanks for reaching out in E2E.

    No, the voltage of the TPS628690ARQY cannot be set to 0.72V when it is first started using the VSET/VID pin. The available start-up voltages for this specific device range from 0.200V to 0.575V, depending on the external resistor connected to the VSET/VID pin.
    However, after the soft start-up period, the output voltage can be changed to 0.72V using the I2C interface by writing to the VOUT Registers.
