My customer (CosMX) is looking for a suitable device which functional block diagram is closed to LMR33620-Q1, and meet below request. Is LMR38020-Q1 the most suitable device?

MAX input voltage: 60V.
Output voltage: 5V
Output current: 2A.

Besides, CosMX need Automotive device. The spec of LMR36520 is great but it isn't Automotive.

Hi Ryker,

It seems like LMR38020-Q1 would be the most suitable one, having most of the features of LMR33620.

Hi Niranjan,

How can we disable the FB function of LMR38020-Q1 as below LMR33620-Q1 schematic show (R&D used VCC to disable the Vout feedback). Because CosMX just want to use LMR38020-Q1 as a current limit device in 12V BMS. Or do we have other suitable devices can meet this request? Thanks.

Hi Ryker,

If you need a device with the VCC pin, LM46002-Q1 would be an option.

But let me see if there is any other suitable device for this and get back to you on Monday.
