when bq24032 do not get power from AC or USB,can battery supply power to system through bq24032?

ok its automatic after removing AC and USB.

                 when battery discharge through BQ24032,the CE pin should low or high? In other words,can battery discharge through BQ24032 if CE pin is low?I can not found this material  in the datasheet.

the CE pin is like a usb suspend.....it is a don't care when only the battery is connected.

          So when only the battery is connected whatever CE is high or low,the MOSFET Q2 is turned on.In other word,the chip still work.It get power from BAT pin.Is it right?
