My customer is looking for power solutions for LPDDR5x VDD and VDDQ supporting below conditions.

- VIN = 12V or 3.3V, LPDDR5X VDDQ 0.5V / 5A, LPDDR5X VDD 1.05V / 10A

Please recommend power products from TI that are suitable for the above application.

Hi JH,

We currently do not have a PMIC product which supports LPDDR5X specifically.

Are you looking for a PMIC solution or a discrete solution?

If the above customer's requested LPDDR5X power specification can be satisfied, both PMIC and discrete solutions are fine.

Do you have a discrete solution for LPDDR5X?
