I am currently evaluating the TPS3762-Q1 for use in a safety-critical application that must comply with IEC 61508 and ISO13849
To proceed with the safety analysis and documentation, I would like to request the following materials for TPS3762-Q1:
Request Reliability report
- FIT Rates : Component Failure Rates per Siemens Norm SN 29500-2
- Die Failure modes ans distribution
Please let me know how to obtain these documents or the procedure to request them officially.
