In the Datasheet Oct2023 section 8.2.2.3 it recommends COUT of 0.1uF, this seems to be an error, since both Figure 8.1 and the EVM (C10) use 100uF for COUT.

Thats the minimum value of 0.1uF
Recommended value doesnt really exist as it is more of a system level requirement. It is a holdup capacitance which provides power to downstream load in case of input voltage failure.

Thank you Shiven, that makes sense, and yes I did understand that the COUT needs to be a holdup for the load, which is why the 0.1uF in 8.2.2.3 first caught my attention.
Can I suggest that in the next revision of the data sheet, the word 'minimum' be added to the 0.1uF value for COUT, and perhaps a note about it being the holdup voltage source during switching.
