Dear team,

i bought this part TPS7A8300RGWR twice from Mouser, but our QC team fonud that X-ray scan results show that lead frame is different between 2024DC and 2022DC,

could you help advise if that if it affect the affect the form fit and if documents can explain?

and for this part TPS2553DBVR, X-ray results showed bonding wires are different between 2022DC and 2024DC, could you also help advise if any file can guide?

if any additional info you need, please let me know.

TPS7A8300RGWR, DC with 22+ is made in CN and DC with 24+ is made in PH, if it's the reason their lead frame are different?

TPS2553DBVR, the DC 22/23+ I bought is made in China, it appears have double bonding wires and different lead frame as the same part i bought before, i attached scan results here, hope it can help to solve. we want to know the real reason and if it affect the form fit. looking forward to your promote reply, thanks!

Hi Sela;

For TPS7A8300RGWR, assembled in our 2 assembly sites ( in China and Philippines) which have different lead frame supplier but similar attributes and both qualified to build TPS7A8300RGWR device. Which explains DC with 22+ is made in CN and DC with 24+ is made in PH.

While TPS2553DBVR is switching device. Please create another thread to send to different team.
