UCC14131-Q1: PG pin remains high when operating normally.

Part Number: UCC14131-Q1

Tool/software:

Vin=13v, Vfbvdd-Vee=2v4, Vfbee-Vee=2v4, case temperatures are cool to touch, so PG should be pulled low.

Vdd-Vee = 17v2 and COM-Vee=5v.
