I would like to use the LM74502-Q1 in an overvoltage protection circuit, but I need to be able to operate at 150C. Also, what is the difference between the LM74502-Q1 and the LM74502H-Q1?

Hi Michael,

LM74502 and LM74502H onyl differ in GATE drive strength.

They cant be operated at 150C as they are rated for 125C.

Is there anything TI has that will operate at +150C and do the functions of LM74502H?
