TPS548B27: How do you model DCAP control and how do you close the loop on the converter?

Tool/software:

I am trying to understand the difference between DCAP control and CM COT control. I just want to understand enough to model it and determine the gain and phase margin so I can be sure the DCAP controlled converter does not oscillate. I looked for SLUP319 and could not find it. Can someone provide a link to this application note that is current?
