LMG2640: LMG2640RRGR simulation model

Part Number: LMG2640
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMG2610

Tool/software:

Hi,

We’ve seen that your component LMG2640RRGR has been available on the market for some time now. It appears to be a highly relevant component for one of our upcoming development projects. However, we were unable to locate a simulation model for it. Could you please advise whether a simulation model (e.g., pspice, ltspice, or equivalent) is available, and if so, where it can be accessed?

Regards,

Peter Dahlin

  • Hey Peter,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It’s great to hear about the usage of LMG2640 in your upcoming development projects.

I am getting in touch with the team internally regarding the simulation models that we are supporting for the LMG2640 currently and will be supporting in future. Please give me some time, I will definitely help you here.

Meanwhile, can you please share some information regarding the end equipment or the system in which you are going to use the GaN IC LMG2640?

    Best regards,

    Rohan

  • Hi Peter,

Unfortunately, we don't have an explicit model for LMG2640, however we have a Simplis model for LMG2610 which is very similar and can be found on ti.com
