TPS6521905: TPS6521905

Part Number: TPS6521905

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

I am working with the TPS6521905RHBR PMIC and need to pre-program the device to support the following output voltages:

  • Buck1: 3.3V

  • Buck2: 3.3V

  • Buck3: 1.8V

  • LDO1: 1.8V

  • LDO2: 1.8V

  • LDO3: 1.8V

We plan to go for mass production (Qty 1500 units), but currently we are in the reference design/prototype stage and need 5 pre-programmed devices.

We would like your guidance on the following:

  1. How can we pre-program the TPS6521905RHBR with our required settings before mounting it on the board?

  2. Is there any tool, GUI, or hardware setup (e.g., Fusion Digital Power Designer) we should use?

  3. Can you help us with the EEPROM configuration file format or assist in generating the configuration?

  4. Is there a TI-supported service/vendor that can deliver small quantity (5 pcs) pre-programmed devices for prototype purposes?

Your support will help us move ahead with validation. Kindly share the programming steps or relevant documentation.

Thanks
