LM2776: LM2776 Negative Output - EN pin behavior and simulation mismatch

Part Number: LM2776
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS7A02, TINA-TI, INA333

Tool/software:

Hello Everyone
I have question for LM2776.

I want to nagative voltage for pin V- of INA333. My circuit have TPS7A02 for positive voltage (+3V) , I'm enter +3V from TPS7A02 in pin VIN of LM2776. I connect circuite follow up datasheet but pin EN of LM2776 in datasheet is not connet. I tied EN to GND because In Tina-TI the EN pin cannot be left floating.and start simmulation in Tina-TI , I can measure about 6.17 mV. is not normal.

So my question is:
1. if I connect circuite folow up datasheet in real PCB voltage output of LM2776 is -3V?
2. When I connect real circuite I must conect pin EN to GND or pin EN not connect anyting?
3. What do I need to do to make the simulation fit the theory?
4.Is there LM2776 in Tina-TI? Because I downloaded the spice model.

if I'm writing wrong english gramar I'm so sorry I'm not good english

Thank you so much
