TPS23523: TPS23523 OR-ing FET using GaN & Hot-swap design issue

We have used TPS23523 solution to design hotswap & ORing.

Our electrical parameters are as follows~~

Pin : 780W

Vin : 54V+/-10% ( 48.6V ~ 54V ~59.4V)

Iin : 16A

Cin : about 470uF

Question

1、If the OR-ing FET is designed with GaN (EPC2304 & EPC2307), is there any side effect?

Using EPC2307 (or EPC2304)  GaN 2pcs parallel design OR-ing.
If the output capacitor is 470uF, does this design meet the SOA specification?

 GaN datasheet is attached.

2、Our electrical parameters are as follows~~

Using SPR8010S-C Mosfet 2pcs parallel design Hot swap.
If the output capacitor is 470uF, does this design meet the SOA specification?
