    Thank you for reaching out!

    1) An MCU can read BQ register through the TPS25751 via 4CC command 'I2Cr'. 

    2) See the following GPIO events (complete list in TRM) that are typically used to control SS Data MUX. These GPIOs are configured in the GUI Tool in Advanced Mode --> Register 0x5c.
