Hi Ryker,

Thanks for your patience with the holiday. I have reviewed the schematic. Here are my notes:

The low-side MOSFETs look like they are placed on the schematic backwards. The body diode should be blocking the path from the SW node to GND.
C12, C13 on the input and C7, C16 on the output are labeled as NC. These should be placed in the system as we recommend balancing the capacitance across the sense resistors.
Ilim and Ichg are shorted to GND, this means that the current limits should be set by I2C.
I normally like to check the component selection for MOSFETs, BTST diodes, and inductor. Can you provide these datasheets?

Other than this, I do not notice any obvious issues.
