We are currently developing the BMS product using bq4050.Encountered the following problems:
The XCHG and XDSG status bits have always been set to 1. Charging is not possible when FET_EN is turned on, and no protection flags are set.
Detailed phenomena:
(1)The XCHG and XDSG status bits have always been set to 1. Charging is not possible when FET_EN is turned on, and no protection flags are set.
(2)Turn off FET_EN, manually turn on the CHG_FET_TOGGLE &DSG_FET_TOGGL . It can be turned on normally and can perform normal charging and discharging. However, when FET_EN is turned on, the charging and discharging immediately stops.
(3)charging voltage is always 0V，But the charging voltage that I have already plug in.
(3)Before this problem occurred, it had been functioning normally for two weeks.
