Hi,
Please suggest a Vref Generator part number and it should have variable output using margining DAC.
Like, if we have ADJ pin in the Vref Generator, we can connect resistors with output and ADJ pin and that node can be connected to Margining DAC output.
along with this, please suggest a Voltage Margining DAC also with 16 bit or more resolution.
Important: Variable output of Vref Generator is mandatory.
- Input Volt: 1V - 5V
- Output_Volt 1.5V - 5V
- Output current: 6mA to 10mA or more
