TPSI2140-Q1: FET Off leakage current

Hello Team,

I would like to know the off leakage current information for V=0 to 1000V  interns of 100V increment from 0v.  As of now  i can see Ioff leakage for +-1000V &1200V.

I need this information  to calculate the accuracy of HV divider circuit.

    Hello Vijaykumar Ari,

    Thank you for reaching out with this TPSI2140-Q1 question on Ioff leakage for V=0 to 1000V.

    While we currently do not specify the Ioff leakage at V < 1000V on the datasheet, it can be assumed to be 0.02 uA typical (or less for V < 1000V) and 0.1 uA max.

    I do understand that the HV divider accuracy is of importance in your design. May you kindly provide the accuracy requirements that you are trying to achieve and what type of external resistors you are considering (tolerance, drift with temperature etc.)?

    This information will help us work with our back-end team to provide relevant data for Ioff leakage at V < 1000V.
