We do not specify a typical value for the indicated dimension. These small tabs do not impact solderability and are usually covered by mold flash in the packaging process. For solderability, the outer dimensions of the thermal pad can be considered to be the 1.69mm to 1.89mm dimension indicated in the drawing.
