Thank you for all the help and support.
We are getting only single resistor R87 failure. Attached is the schematic. 14V-out is the regulated output of the buck converter where LM5146 is being used to drive the synchronous MOSFETs. There has been no other component failure in the boards where R87 has failed. Changing the R87 makes the board normal. R87 is failing as either open or higher impedance than 7.5kohm. Surprisingly, R86 seems to be having higher electrical stress, but still no failure where R86 failed. Any suggestion, what could be the cause of the failure of R87? Any other point , which we could be missing about LM7480 which is resulting in R87 failure?
