Hi,
the QOD pin does not include the maximum current limit in the TPS22992S data sheet. Also, no minimum series resistor is specified.
Does this mean that the integrated Discharge FET is rated at 240mA? 240mA results from 25 ohms (min. Int. Resistor) and VCC max 6V.
