Hello Team,
We are using LM5117-Q1 in one of product. We want to check whether LM5117-Q1 is suitable for Super Capacitor charging application with below specifications:
Input Voltage: 9V -16V
Charging current: 20A
Voltage across SuperCap Bank after charging: 8.1V
Also, it will be very helpful is you suggest suitable Synchronous Buck Controller IC for above application.
