Below app note "Figure 5-2. Performance Comparison of P-channel MOSFET and LM74500-Q1 Based Reverse Polarity Protection Solution" shows comparisoin between "PMOSFET" and "LM part + N-channel MOSFET". Could you share which part # is used as N-MOSFET?
