Can you try running the GUI software as administrator? Double check your connections and make sure to wait 3 seconds after pressing the reset switch.

I have run the application as administrator and I'm sure that I have waited 3 seconds or more after pressing the button. I have tried with another cable to connect the LEDMCUEVM-132 and the PC and I obtained the same result.

Which User's Guide are you following for this? Can you provide a photo of your set-up clearly showing all connections and jumper settings?

Are you able to find the folder C:\Texas Instruments\TPS9254x_TPS9266x_TPS9276x_EVM_GUI\update on your PC?

Can you verify which files are present in this folder?

Sometimes, your company network might prevent the GUI from downloading the firmware update as may think it is malicious.  You can try and bring your EVM home and then see if update gets downloaded then see if it works to update.
