There's a problem that if EN is low, the PG function is also not active so PG signal is invalid. What is your pull-up voltage source for PG?
Recommend z>10ms, x>100ms. Notice that during EN low state, PG signal is invalid so even if it goes high or low, it represents nothing.
y is dependent on when Vout rises 95% of the setting output voltage. We don't have spec on this. This time should be near soft start time, which is typically 4ms.
