BQ24725A: Quiescent current way higher than the datasheet value

Part Number: BQ24725A

Tool/software:

Hi,

I'm working on the battery charger using BQ24725ARGRR and found quiescent current from the battery ~400uA when VCC not powered (both +15V rail and 24V_EN signal are 0V) and AC side not powered. Here is the schematics:

To understand the issue I have disconnected pins 19 (PHASE), 13 (SRP), 12 (SRN) and 20 (VCC) from rest of schematics by removing C242, VT40,VT42, L12, R368, C245, C296, PTC?, VT26, C78, VD45 and connected 15V from lab power supply with ammeter to PHASE, SRN and SRP one by one.

I've got:

PHASE current consumption ~400uA

SRN current consumption ~30uA

SRP current consumption ~30uA

Why current consumption is way higher than 5uA from the datasheet?
