TPS1HTC30-Q1: Would like to know the latch off mode behavior during the specific conditions

Hi team,

When the output of TPS1HTC30-Q1 is latched due to the thermal protection(8.3.5.3.3 latch-off mode), is it possible to release the latch of the output of TPS1HTC30-Q1 by powering off the VS pin, LATCH pin, DIAG_EN pin and EN pin?

Due to the lack of GPIO pins of MCU, my customer cannot  connect GPIO pins to the input pins of TPS1HTC30-Q1. All input pins of TPS1HTC30-Q1 are connected to the power supply pins, so they are powered off when power supply is powered off.
