BQ76952: Current Imbalance in the circuit due to the unequal power consumption in the VCC1 and VCC2 pins

Part Number: BQ76952
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TIDA-010247

Tool/software:

I have designed a 24s BMS based on the reference design TIDA-010247, which uses the ISO1540DR digital isolator for I²C communication between the two AFEs. However, I’ve observed that the current drawn by the VCC1 pin is consistently about 100 µA higher than that of VCC2, and this imbalance is significantly affecting the stability of my system. Does this indicate a fundamental limitation or instability in the reference design itself? Could you please clarify?
