Hi Vivian，

i can not sent message in the previous block，so I build this new block

1 This problem only happen on V phase （only top IGBT but not bottom）

2 we have done the ABA swap ，this problem still happened even we change this driver to a new one

I find the layout is bad, the trace between VDD and COM is long , does it cause the problem? If not ,can you give me more analysis? Thank you!

    Hi Guoqing, 

    Understand, I just closed the other question thread. 

    Is the schematic and layout for all the phases similar, or the bad layout only exists for V phase high side? 

    Since the nFLT still pulls low when DESAT is tied to COM, this is not expected behavior for the device. If the issue doesn't follow the device it indicates something related to the system. Could you send me an email so we can discuss this further - thank you.
