Hi team,

My customer Bosch are using TPS628503-Q1for their project, and they have questions about the spec of Minimum on-time of low-side FET.

Datasheet provide the typ. value only, they asked if we can provide the maximum value? If not, please feedback the explanation. Thank you

    Hello Xiaowei, 

    It is not characterized but I feel it should not be important to customer. As LS FET operates primarily to ensure continuous inductor current during off time and it is adjusted by controller and is not a limiting parameter for output voltage regulation duty cycle or switching behavior. As this parameter does not affect external design constraints. Typical value is for informational purpose.
