The following figure shows the setup for testing. When testing the Inrush current, it may cause damage to Q401 and Q403
As shown in the waveform below:
Blue waveform: Bus current,
yellow: 24V_BUS;
Purple: 24V (test point in the schematic);
Green: TPS48111 PU PIN;
There will be a sudden change in bus current, then the MOS is damaged.
