I can only reply for TPS62290DRVT and TPS62291DRV. Please start a separate thread for the remaining devices, in order that your question can be assigned to the responsible team.

Plastic encapsulating materials used in TI semiconductor products meet the requirements of UL 94 flame classification V-0 (unless stated otherwise on the product datasheet.) For TPS62290DRVT and TPS62291DRV, I can confirm that UL 94 flame classification V-0 is met.
