BQ76200: BQ76200 DSG Gate Driver Abnormally Pulled Low.

Part Number: BQ76200

Tool/software:

Hi TI team,

We are currently using the BQ76200 as the gate driver in our design and have encountered an unexpected issue.

Please refer to the attached schematic. In our circuit, we have an additional charging path in parallel, which is controlled by an MCU.

Schematic_A.pdf

We encountered an issue where the CHG gate driver is turned off, and then the alternate charging path (controlled by an MCU) begins operating.
At that point, the DSG gate driver output is unexpectedly pulled low and retry.

Could you please help us identify the possible cause of this behavior?

Relevant waveforms are also attached for reference.

If there’s any additional information you need, please feel free to let me know.

Thank you for your assistance.
