My customer is looking for a DC/DC controller solution suitable for developing the following two applications:

They are looking into using the LM5143-Q1. If there is a more suitable product, please recommend it.

    Hi JH,

    For 48V to 30V/5A, you could use a converter solution (with integrated FETs), e.g. LM70860-Q1 80V/6A.

    Meanwhile, the 10A, 33A and 40A rails will all need a controller-based solution (using external 60V or 80V FETs), with the 33A and 40A requiring at least two phases. From this standpoint, take a look at the LM5137-Q1, the next gen of the LM5143-Q1 (higher efficiency as it takes bias from VOUT).
