The customer is designing a product with the concept below.
- Energy Harvesting / Perovskite solar module
- Low-light indoor-specific solar cells (operate using indoor light, not solar power)
- Indoor solar module used indoors, not outdoors, utilizing low-light indoor light
- For supplying power to IOT devices.
(spec)
- Input: Use super cap or battery (4V~4.4V)
- operation current : 100uA or 300uA
- Output voltage : 3.7V(max)
Q1) Since the current is too small at 100uA or 300uA, is it possible to design with BQ25750?
Q2) If not, is there a Charger IC that can be applied with the above specs?
