We have received the following comment.

>We passed 1KV, we are now putting on the datasheet the minimum AECQ/JEDEC requirement.

Could you please provide us with the test results that show that the new die can withstand 1kV?

Hi Masoud,

The CDM was changed from 1kV to 500V in the PCN, but we received a reply that it still has the capability of 1kV, so please disclose the test data that passes that 1kV.
