Hello, 

I was trying to get the parameter from a new NTC by using the Thermistor Coefficient Calculator Tool.

I followed the guide but I'm keep getting Error Report. How can I avoid this error?  I used this link: https://www.ti.com/powercalculator/docs/gpc/gpcUpload.tsp

    Hello Siyi,

    We have heard of some instances of this occasionally occurring. There might have been an update to the Python library that may require some more debug. We are currently working on our end to address this.
