BQ28Z610: Is there a possibility that the CHG FET with full charge capacity="0" will not be released while OFF?

Part Number: BQ28Z610

Tool/software:

Hi all,

Log data will be sent as follows.

batt_no6_data_gg.xlsxxchg1_training_01_log.xlsxxchg1_01_log.xlsx

xchg1_01_log.csv Log file when the problem occurred
xchg1_training_01.csv Log file when discharging was attempted after the problem occurred

[Occurrence event]
When I was plugging and unplugging the battery,
RSOC was 100%, Full Charge Capacity was 0mAh, and XCHG was 1.
As far as I can see, there was no error.

Could you tell me the condition for full charge capacity= "0"?

The condition for clearing XCHG is "RSOC 95% or less" of Default.
In this condition, RSOC will not fall below 100% even if it is discharging, and XCHG will not go to 0.

After issuing the RESET command, it can be charged.
The error has not recurred, but I want to determine the cause.
Is there a possibility that the CHG FET with full charge capacity="0" will not be released while OFF?

Best Regards,

Ryusuke
