Test to find BQstudio do not support 24H2 winver, can you suggest how to deal with it? Thanks!

    Hello Kailun,

    We typically recommend making sure that you have the most up to date version of BQstudio along with firmware for the device. However if your system is still experiencing an issue than we would push for using a different windows system machine.

    it looks like this issue is without good solution, but here i would like to share the BQstudio version with you, please reference and help me to check whether it is the latest or not.

    I've installed the BQstudio version is"BatteryManagementStudio-1.3.127_Build3-windows-installer".

    Hello Jimmy,

    That is the most updated version for "BQStudio-Test" you can also try doing "Bqstudio-Stable" which is Version: 1.3.101.1.
