Our company uses this chip for surge suppression protection at the power input of all product series. However, since the bulk application, there have been frequent occurrences of the LT4363IDE-2#PBF and the peripheral CSD18533Q5A burning out (at least 8 cases have occurred). We kindly request that the technical experts analyze the reason. Thank you.
This is urgent, as the frequent occurrence of this issue at the customer's site has led to abnormal operation of our equipment, severely impacting order delivery, after-sales quality, and brand reputation.
