TPS3700EVM-114:R1,R2,R3 value

Tool/software:

I want to monitor 1.1V to detect 1.05-1.15.

Which constants are recommended for R1, R2, and R3 in this case?

I looked at the datasheet, but I don't understand it well, and what kind of calculation method is it?
